Sports is an Evergreen Niche on Hive - Additional Curation for SportsBlock

I have loved Hive blockchain and will keep loving this chain because it is the home for innovation and creativity. I joined Hive 8 years ago, not because of the reward but for innovation sake.

Over the years, I have gladly engaged several communities, but the Sports community has been dear to my heart, and I had built a deep presence and stake here. Acummulating the much $SPORTS token since 2019 when they were worth a fortune, I had believed that the sports niche is evergreen.

Sad as it happened, the Sportstalk community suffered a huge setback. However, I still believed this tribe and the token wold fine light someday. I also believe I would be able to build on the $SPORTS token.

I am happy to see what @blanchy and @niallon11 are building @sportsblock accessible at https://sportsblock.app/. This is proof that the #sports niche is still evergreen.

With some millions of $SPORTS token in my wallet, I will be gladly curating contents in the #sportsblock tag manually and consistently to share the SPORTS rewards to those who care. This is my way of supporting the SPORTSBLOCK project and soon, I will also build my MEDAL token portfolio.

My SPORTS trail upvote gives around 0.5HIVE worth of SPORTS token and I think it will motivate some more users to post into the #sportsblock community.

Hey frieds, don't miss earning some SPORTS tokens when you write about the following:

  • Sports (#sports)
  • Sports games
  • Actifit
  • Genesis League Sports of the Splinterlands ecosystem
  • Colony Arcade
  • Wrestling

Post in the Sportsblock community, use the #sportstalk tag too. Make it quality and drop a comment to this post with the link to your post.

Great, @uyobong.sports! I also hope that sports will make a comeback with this new project. I’ve been a sports writer for a long time and used to specialize in writing about the #NBA on a platform called Scorum, which unfortunately shut down. I’ve always wanted to keep writing about sports, and now, with this new project—launched this year—that possibility is within reach. I’m glad you’re supporting this initiative.
