Rain, Awful Sleep, Truck Codes, Harvests, PT, OBD, Grape Harvest - Monday
It had rained all night and there was still some sprinkles falling yesterday morning. It was rather refreshing to wake up to the sound and the cool air.
The 1/4" of rain was much needed in the region.
The squash have a ton of flowers but are not producing as heavy right now... I'm fine with it.
The greenhouse is taking its sweet time and I need to reduce water for the tomatoes to kick them into better ripening. I wish the peppers acted the same but they need full water to ripen.
I went to pick R up from school and as I pulled out of the driveway the truck blew codes. So back to the house and the old OBD tester and my laptop went for the ride. I picked R up and we went to our PT appointments.
I LOVE EMS!
After PT we headed for home and there was my new OBD unit. Pretty slick and looks like I can just leave it plugged in. I can do more with the new one than the old for sure.
My Vanessa grapes came out the best I can ever remember them. They are huge, amazing looking, and super tasty. The hornets have not beaten them up too bad so we ended up with 18 pounds.
Had to work to get the shot of the bug on the grape leaves.
New Futurama season is out so after watching the first two episodes we went out to soak where I got near an hour.
Today I have my chiro in the morning, will work in the garden, on the truck, will go get hay up north, then this afternoon J has his first cross country meet 5 minutes south of the farm.
