PT, Plants, Greenhouse, Tomatoes, Fungus, Eagles, Kale/Chard, Squash, Archery - Monday
7am PT yesterday morning for both R and I and I am now able to go down to once a week as my body is slowly getting better.

It took me a bit to get out and get to work. The plants in the studio needed watering and I had to get the light back on the timer. I also pulled the a/c out of the window for the winter.

I went through the tomato row in the greenhouse and found that they had been frozen and were no good. I backed the cart in and then pulled and piled the plants.

Rather annoying losing all the tomatoes but whatever, it is what it is.

Bunches of mushrooms have popped in some of the spots in the greenhouse.

The tomatoes and plants got dumped on the mulch pile for the birds to dig through.

The farm is exploding in fungus everywhere and these monsters were popping from the mulch pile area.

I was working on pulling the kale plants when our bald eagles flew in and landed on their nest tree. It looked like they had just returned gain from their foray to the north. They can tell the cold weather is near.

The kale was bug ravaged so just got piled in the cart and dumped to the sheep.

Followed shortly by the chard which had been beaten up by the freezes.

The animals were ecstatic yet again with the pile of comestibles.

With it 25F this morning I had to bring the squash in the house.

Too bad one of them went bad and got hucked to the sheep.

The boys went outside with their bows and did some archery practice.

I have my chiro this morning after getting the boys to school. I will stop at the bank to get the money out to send for the Mexico trip in January, I have to finish the garden winterization, get the sheep tank heater plugged in, and figure out dinner this evening.
