Sweet or Salty: What Do You Like More?
Life should always be balanced especially when it comes to food, there should be balance in life and there is a lot of debate as to what a person likes more. Eating salty or sweet, the simple answer is that many people have their own taste. There are taste preferences and mood. Sometimes somebody is in the mood to eat salty food. Sometimes someone feels like eating sweets, we cannot do this to anyone because we have a certain way of eating that is enjoyable and comfortable. There are a lot of cravings of different kinds, sometimes for carving There is a tendency to eat sweets and sometimes salty food, so it is not like that, everyone has their mood and time. Some people like to eat sweets more and some like to eat salty food, there should be a balance between the two and both should be good food. Both are good food. Eating both tastes good.
If I talk about eating sweets, then in my childhood whenever I used to complete my homework or did some good work my mother and father used to give me a treat like ice cream or some sugar candy which I used to like very much. I used to like chocolate, candies, and many other things very much. I used to like eating sweets a lot because I felt good after eating these things. Whenever there is any celebration or it is my birthday then we get to eat cake or something like that happens then we get a cake from the local sale. I like eating everything very much because we enjoy eating these things. We get a lot of peace.
If we talk about the other side which is salty food, it has its love for example when we go to watch a movie then we eat butter popcorn or some crunchy packed chips or some salty thing that is rich. It satisfies the taste buds, be it French fries. Eating pizza is a lot of fun when we are very hungry. Let's eat something salty when we don't like to eat sweet food, then as per the taste, we like salty food a lot. For example pizza, sandwich bread, roll, chowmein, he enjoys eating all this at the right time.
If I have a personal choice, then sometimes I feel like eating a lot of sweets, like at 2-3 o'clock in the night, I feel like eating something sweet and when it is daytime, I feel like eating something sweet. I like to eat some quality food like pizza, and pasta. Everything is cleaned a lot in the evening. At night, I feel like eating a lot of sweets. It never happens that I only eat salty things or sometimes I eat only salty things.
For those who like to eat both sweet and salty food, many best combos can be made by mixing both, like salted caramel which is sweet as well as salty and chocolate-covered pretzels, or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. All these snacks satisfy your taste part from both sides, possibly from both sides, like a mix of sweet and salty, whoever likes both, if he feels like eating both, then he can eat all this like I like salted card very much. I eat it all the time because it tastes very good. It tastes very sweet and sometimes it tastes salty too, so it tastes good.
Culture plays a huge role in terms of preference because every country has a different dessert and a different salty dish, so different types of food are available in every place. For example, suppose in a place, we people in West Bengal prefer sweet food more because the Rasgulla and SoneDesh are more famous here, and we like the salty food of Delhi more. The food there is a little more famous, so all this is of each place. If there is special food in our place, then we go and eat all this food because it is traditional. There is a memory and an identity that we like the food of this place very much, so we eat food everywhere.
In the end, I would like to say that fruits should be eaten because they are enjoyable. You don't have to choose whether you eat sweets or salty food depending on what you eat. If you feel like eating chocolate, then eat chocolate, or if you feel like eating salty nachos, then the food that gives you comfort and that which you like to eat, that which calms your mind, that which you prefer, you should eat that only. You should not start eating more sweets or more salty food later. You should eat what you like, that which satisfies you. Both things are perfect in their way. Both have their different tastes. It is your choice, to eat what you feel like eating at that time. There is no discrimination in this and it is not that you have to eat this only if you feel like eating this.
