Saludos Geekgamers. Hoy me he dado una vuelta por Wakfu, un juego similar a Dofus del cual les comenté en este post. Quedaron muchas cosas pendientes, pero la más próxima era llegar a nivel 20.

Antes de iniciar la aventura les cuento que acá en Wakfu también hay eventos navideños muy guapos, lamentablemente no los he disfrutado porque he estado muy activo en Dofus, donde si he disfrutado todos los eventos de navidad, o mejor dicho Nawidad.

Greetings, Geekgamers. Today I took a look at Wakfu, a game similar to Dofus that I mentioned in this post. There were many things left to do, but the most immediate was to reach level 20.

Before starting the adventure, I'll tell you that here in Wakfu there are also very nice Christmas events. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to enjoy them because I've been very active in Dofus, where I have enjoyed all the Christmas events, or rather Nawidad.

Ahora bien, hay una misión llamada vida de cazador, la cual consiste en matar a los siguientes jefes de mazmorras: Jalato Real, Tofu real y Shin Larva.

El caso de Tofu Real lo pude matar hace unas semanas con la ayuda de perceval, pero me quedaron pendientes los otros dos. Hoy me fui a matar el jefe Shin Larva y no fue fácil. Perdí un par de veces intentándolo, pero gracias a los intentos repetitivos pude conseguir un mejor equipamiento y también pude subir a nivel 20, por lo cual mi poder de ataque aumentó y de ese modo enfrentarme a Shin Larva cada vez se hacia más sencillo.

Now, there is a mission called Hunter's Life, which consists of killing the following dungeon bosses: Royal Jalato, Royal Tofu, and Shin Larva.

I was able to kill Royal Tofu a few weeks ago with the help of Perceval, but I still had the other two to go. Today I went to kill the boss Shin Larva, and it wasn't easy. I lost a couple of times trying, but thanks to repeated attempts, I was able to get better equipment and also level up to 20, which increased my attack power and made it easier to face Shin Larva.

Las salas de la mazmorra Shin Larva son muy sencillas, pero el jefe ya es otra cosa, tiene una habilidad que en cada turno invoca varios huevos de larvas, en el siguiente turno esos huevos de larvas eclosionan en larvas que ocasionan buen daño, además de eso tiene un golpe en área bastante poderoso.

La manera de eliminarlo es destruyendo los huevos antes de que puedan eclosionar y en el caso de que eclosionen hay que eliminarlos con ataques en área, yo intenté hacerle daño al jefe al mismo tiempo que atacaba las larvas, ya que tiene mucha vida.

The rooms in the Shin Larva dungeon are very simple, but the boss is another story. He has an ability that summons several larva eggs each turn, and on the next turn, those eggs hatch into larvae that cause significant damage. In addition to that, he has a fairly powerful area attack.

The way to defeat it is to destroy the eggs before they can hatch, and if they do hatch, you have to eliminate them with area attacks. I tried to damage the boss at the same time as attacking the larvae, since it has a lot of health.

Esta mazmorra tiene un item bastante raro con un precio promedio que pasa de los dos millones de kamas, eso son $6.50 en vida real aproximadamente, claro que el porcentaje de obtención en mi caso es de 0.06%, muy difícil de obtener realmente.

Una de las cosas que me pide la misión es la pata de Shin Larva, pero no siempre sale, así que debo repetir la mazmorra hasta que me caiga. No me quejo porque mientras repito este jefe puedo conseguir el set completo de esta mazmorra y además voy subiendo mi nivel.

Antes de cerrar este post quiero enseñarles mi Merkasako, cuanto lo he mejorado. He puesto un par de esculturas de adorno que me he ganado haciendo misiones, he comprado espacios de jardín para sembrar y cosechar sin que nadie me pueda robar mis cosechas, muy pronto activaré el cercado para mi montura, aun no la tengo pero la tendré XD.

Por cierto sembrar y cosechar dentro del merkasako no otorga experiencia.

This dungeon has a pretty rare item with an average price of over two million kamas, which is about $6.50 in real life. Of course, the drop rate in my case is 0.06%, so it's really hard to get.

One of the things the mission asks me for is Shin Larva's leg, but it doesn't always drop, so I have to repeat the dungeon until I get it. I'm not complaining because while I repeat this boss, I can get the complete set for this dungeon and also level up.

Before closing this post, I want to show you my Merkasako and how much I've improved it. I've added a couple of decorative sculptures that I've earned by completing missions, I've bought garden spaces to plant and harvest without anyone being able to steal my crops, and very soon I'll activate the enclosure for my mount. I don't have it yet, but I will XD.

By the way, planting and harvesting inside the Merkasako does not grant experience.

Hablando de experiencia, tengo el oficio leñador en nivel 36, lo he subido con mucha paciencia y hasta ahora es el más alto. Le sigue herbolario nivel 19, peletero nivel 16. El resto de oficios como campesino, minero y pescador los he ignorado por completo.

Speaking of experience, I have the woodcutter profession at level 36. I have patiently leveled it up, and so far it is the highest. Next is herbalist at level 19, followed by furrier at level 16. I have completely ignored the rest of the professions, such as farmer, miner, and fisherman.

Estoy jugando en el servidor New Ogrest y mi nombre de personaje es morenow. Desde el 26 de diciembre hasta inicios de enero estarán dando un bonus de experiencia y botín en el juego, es el mejor momento para que nuevos jugadores se integren.

I'm playing on the New Ogrest server and my character name is morenow. From December 26th until early January, there will be bonus experience and loot in the game, so it's the best time for new players to join.
