There are plenty of ways to get a body like Toji Fushiguro or Maki Zenin from Jujutsu Kaisen, Baki or any ripped anime character in general. Now what you have to realize is that these characters are not only training for a ripped toned body but for a specific goal. To be stronger to fight, to defend who they love, to get vengeance, or just to become a hero, like Midoriya Izuku from Boku no Hero. So the key is: skill training.

Let's take an example: Say you do martial arts, your best bet would be to do split workouts daily from skill training of the movement you are trying to learn in your martial art and resistance training, without skipping cardio so you can get that toned look and actually use your new phisique. What generally gets a character to look and be strong is the continuous relentless training of their craft, when they want to learn a specific sword movement or how to do a back-flip they keep repeting it everyday until they master it. This applies not only to gymnastics movements, calisthenics skills, rock climbing, acrobatics, parkour, dancing and the list goes on. Then they only complement it with strength training on the muscles less used and and just move more around the day altogether.

This way they can get and look strong effortlessly cause you will be doing something you like and getting athletic not just for aesthetics but you will be able to trust your body in every life situation, without worrying so much about calories or how much they eat, in a sense that they can eat whatever they want and still be athletic without starving themselves for a specific look.

So what would a training like this look like through the week?

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: resistance training at morning + skill training at night
Wednesday: skill training only
Thursday: rest
Everyday do some form of cardio.

So basically: do some martial arts, resistance training and cardio. Move more. That's it.
