My second blog about my weekend!

Last night I was too tired to do the post I wanted to do!
So I will finish it tonight!

I briefly wrote about the SNOW, yes the friggin' SNOW.

So, Aunt Patsy had to make a trip out to her boyfriends house in Shoe Cove, roughly 2 and 1/2 hour drive.
She wanted to check and see how the house was holding up after all winter. No leaks, water damage, ect.

She and Randy have been in Alberta all winter, he works there and her 2 sons live there.
She came home for a 3 week visit.
She is leaving on Wednesday to fly back and the first week of May they are driving across Canada to come home for a few months.

Anyway, she put 3 shovels aboard her suv, and away we went.
When we arrived we were met with a heck of a pile of snow.
Me nerves!
She forgot to put a pair a long winter boots aboard the suv for me. I was wearing ankle boots, really short boots, not fit to wear in deep snow!

let's just say, I got away with shoveling but they didn't, lol.
I was supervising! Giving orders in a fun way!

And we are in the house!
About time! I am so tired from watching! Lol

It was all in fun.

No trouble to tell it's a mans house, tools in the kitchen cupboards!
And he has a sock drawer in a kitchen drawer!

A short drive around, it is such a pretty place!
A fishing community.

An out door oven where they actually bake bread in the summer.

After the sight seeing we left to drive home.
We stopped on the highway for supper, and the cooks didn't leave us hungry!

A fine feed of deep fried cod fish, fries, and coleslaw! YUMMY
I couldn't eat it all, I took a doggy bag home!

That was Saturday! Let's move on to Sunday.
After Ryan, my son, plowed us out, off we went for home!

I had an appointment at 2:30 pm in Corner Brook for a new tattoo.
I barely made it on time.

I took 2 cards, my 1st birthday cards from my Nanny, whom has passed away 24 years ago and Aunt Joy, she passed away when I was 3 years of age.
My Mom saved them all these years for me. I will cherish them!

My tattoo artist took their signatures and tattooed them on my arms!
I love it! She did an amazing job! She also opened her shop on a weekend to do this for me!

It was a full weekend of fun, good food, making new memories and remembering old memories!
May my Nanny and Auntie be forever watching and protecting me! I will love and miss them forever!💞

So for now, it's Good night, God bless!
Life is good!
