Mi primera clase de calistenia 🤸🏻♂️ [ESP-ENG]
¡Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. Hoy compartiré con todos ustedes uno de los logros que quería hacer hace mucho tiempo. El pasado 29 de junio del 2025, en el parque El Ejército las Ballenas, tuve la oportunidad de llevar a cabo una clase de calistenia a varios atletas que estaban comenzando. Tuve la ayuda de mi amigo Rafael Páez, que ambos llevábamos el control y organización de lo que íbamos a realizar.
Warm greetings to the whole Hive and Street Workout community! I hope you guys are all doing great. Today I will share with all of you one of the achievements I wanted to do a long time ago. Last June 29th, 2025, at El Ejército las Ballenas park, I had the opportunity to conduct a calisthenics class to several athletes who were just starting out. I had the help of my friend Rafael Paez, we both had the control and organization of what we were going to do.
Por un lado, mi amigo Rafael estaba encargado de explicar un poco de todo, mientras que yo era la introducción y el organizador principal. Antes de que llegara el día, estuvimos haciendo publicidad en las redes principales como TikTok, Facebook e Instagram, con el fin de que llegara a más personas. ¿Lo logramos? Sí, lo hicimos realidad, nos empezaron a llegar mensajes de personas de la ciudad de Carabobo, Cagua, Villa. Estábamos muy felices, mientras se acercaban los días. Amigos de lugares más cercanos, como Turmero, la morita y el limón, también estuvieron dispuestos a estar presentes.
On the one hand, my friend Rafael was in charge of explaining a bit of everything, while I was the introduction and the main organiser. Before the day arrived, we were advertising on the main networks such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, in order to reach more people. Did we make it? Yes, we made it happen, we started to receive messages from people in the city of Carabobo, Cagua, Villa. We were very happy, as the days were approaching. Friends from closer places, such as Turmero, La Morita and El limón, were also willing to be present.
Otro atleta que está en Hive, nos ayudó en la parte de los dinámicos, Wilfrer Astudillo. Ya no éramos solo dos personas que daríamos la clase, sino tres, éramos más que sumaban para poder dar una buena orientación. Al llegar el día, había 20 personas, quedamos muy impresionados. Esperamos media hora más, para ver si llegaban más. Comenzamos la clase alrededor de las 11:30 am, al finalizar y explicar cualquier duda, hicimos un versus amistoso por nuestra cuenta. ¡Fue un día muy espectacular!
Another athlete who is in Hive, Wilfrer Astudillo, helped us with the dynamics. We were no longer only two people who would give the class, but three, we were more that added up to be able to give a good orientation. When the day arrived, there were 20 people, we were very impressed. We waited for half an hour more, to see if more would arrive. We started the class at around 11:30 am, and when we finished and explained any doubts, we did a friendly versus on our own. It was a very spectacular day!
