Having been building stake here when token prices were up and down, I find something to appreciate in both extremes. Like you said, now is the time to keep plugging as the hive power ups now when the competition is less will look huge when the price rebounds. Imagine my initial goal way back when was to grind my way to 1000 hive (steem back then.) Now, I am lucky enough at times to receive 100 hive for a single post and can power up so much more.
I think I will follow your lead and power up 1000 today.

I can't see it being a mistake. For value, the only way we can lose is if we powerdown when the token price is below $.06. Plus, it allows us to share just a touch more value to the real community of people we support with upvotes.
Confident that is a solid move right now and I will look back when Hive is worth $1 and we will high-5 eachother.
