Korean culture and my daughter's birthday party/한국 문화와 딸의 생일 파티(eng-ko)

I want to share this wonderful experience with the Korean community to participate in the Korean Hive Village Contest #42.

I'm going to tell you about my recent experience with Korean culture.

My daughter recently had a birthday and asked me to have a K-pop Warriors theme party. She wanted her hairstyle to be inspired by the K-pop Warriors, especially Rumi's, and her outfit to be inspired by them as well.

The music that played throughout the party was the K-pop Warriors' theme song called "Golden," performed by the fictional group HUNTR/X. My children love this song; they sing it all day long, and even I end up singing it. It's a very catchy and rhythmic song—it was even nominated for Best Original Song and Best Original Song at the 2016 Academy Awards and the 2016 Golden Globes.

Her birthday cake was decorated with the three characters from the movie:

• Rumi
• Mira
• Zoey

I, like my daughter, was very I was thrilled to be able to fulfill her birthday wish. My daughter was incredibly happy. And I was a very proud mom.

Thank you for joining me on this wonderful journey exploring Korean culture through film, specifically this amazing children's movie that has captured the hearts of both children and adults and taught us so much about Korean culture and customs.

딸아이의 생일 케이크는 영화 속 세 캐릭터로 장식되어 있었습니다.

저도 딸아이처럼 무척이나 흥분했습니다. 딸아이의 생일 소원을 들어줄 수 있어서 정말 기뻤어요. 딸아이는 너무나 행복해했고, 저는 정말 자랑스러운 엄마였죠.
