Hey Hivers!

A cute little step-count coming to you today from the sunny mountains. I am happy about this one because I pushed myself to go for a little jog even though I was pressed for time. (And, as it turned out, running much later than I thought!)

I did a great little sauna/cold plunge session this day! Boy it made for one of the best nights sleep in a long-time! 91% sleep score according to fitbit. I woke-up feeling great, I must say! Do you cold plunge? Sure takes a lot of courage!! It's a love/ gunna die thing for me for sure. Lol

I hope you're having a great weekend! I look forward to posting more soon.
