I understand the buyback for TTESLA, TGOLD and TNVIDEA, but with SURGE is just rip off earliers investors.

Exactly! SURGE never had a "peg" in my mind. Maybe I was wrong. There was a hope that it would maintain a dollar, but a guarantee that it would pay a yield.
