First Victory and Glints Earned in Splinterlands

I've been wanting to try Splinterlands for a while, but honestly, at first, I found it a bit complicated. Not every card game can be mastered the first time, especially when there are strategies and elements you need to learn one by one. I have lots of time researching and reading here and there and start to understand the basic system of the game. I discovered that you have four main elements you can play with: Water, Death, Fire, and Life, and each element has its own combat style.

When I entered the first battle I decided to choose the Fire element and my excitement increased even more when I discovered that my opponent was also playing with Fire and This was the real challenge as we were facing each other with equal strength but I was be smart in choosing my cards. I used Tarsa as a Summoner, and her ability to increase melee attack power and health points helped me control the battle. I chose four cards making sure to have between melee, ranged, and magic to give me a better chance of winning in the battle that was first one to me. In the end I was able to defeat my opponent, and the feeling of victory was amazing.

I'm still discovering new things in the game, and the ones that most attracted me were the special card abilities, like Sneak which lets you hit monsters in the back and Snipe, which lets you attack monsters with ranged or magical attacks.

These add incredible tactical depth and make you think carefully before choosing your cards and what you will be if the more I play the more I understand new strategies and can take on stronger opponents with good cards which makes me excited to continue and progress in Splinterlands.
