Es la historia de Aang ( Gordon Cornier) un joven niño que pertenecía a la aldea de la Nación del aire, ya que en su tiempo existan 4 tribus, conforme a los 4 tipo de elementos, Aire, fuego, agua y tierra, cada una tenías sus maestros que se enfocan en un elemento conforme a la tribu a la que pertenecía, pero existía una persona llamada Avatar, que era capaz de controlar los 4 elementos, claro esa persona podía nacer en una de las naciones, aprender de la que nació y luego el resto, cada cierto ciclo luego que morían nacía el nuevo avatar en otra de las tribu, y para esta ocasión Aang era el nuevo Avatar.
Pero a raíz de ciertos acontecimientos y al mismo tiempo por venganza y ansias de poder por la tribu del fuego, los maestros de aire desaparecen quedando solo Aang, y pasando un largo tiempo hasta que regresa al mundo, un lugar en donde nadie considera al avatar por la guerra que se originó, donde la nación del fuego ha querido doblegar al resto de los elementos, Aang entre todo el caos que se estaba llevando a cabo, siendo responsable de ello y buscando la manera de solucionar se encuentra con dos jóvenes que se harán sus grandes amigos, Katara (Kiawertiio) una jovencita que se convertirá en maestra de agua y su hermano mayor Sokka (Ian Ousley) , todos se unen a la aventura para que el Avatar Aang aprenda los elementos restantes y puedan dar fin a la tiranía que presenta la nación del fuego.

Vi esta serie del Live action de la serie animada de Avatar. Vi ambas y la verdad que es bastante similar, no tienen mucha diferencia que se pueda apreciar. Ambas son buenas opciones. Espero la segunda temporada. Saludos.
