MI ENTRADA AL CONCURSO TOPFIVEFAMILY OBSERVA PIENSA ESCRIBE. Soportar, resistir y avanzar [ESP/ENG]

Hola querida comunidad de @Topfivefamily un gusto participar en este nuevo Concurso un camino que recorrer.

Colas y más colas, cuantas no se han soportado en el país, por comida, por medicina, por asistencia, en fin por cualquier detalle había que hacer una cola larga peor que la de un banco, simplemente para obtener algo a lo que todos deberían tener derecho y ser fácil de tener, pero no era así, tocaba soportar ello porque a pesar de todo había que tenerlo, porque no había otra forma de obtener, porque la necesidad era más, hasta en pandemia, las colas no se podían limitar, porque la situación económica golpeaba más de lo que uno quería, porque aunque no te sintieras bien tenías que hacerlo para aguantar un poco más esta situación, resistir es lo único que se pensaba, para poder ver un nuevo mañana, para que pudiera tener algo en el hogar.

Avanzar, a la final es lo que queda, esperando que esas cosas se vayan borrando, que todo fluya cada vez mejor, que la economía se estabilice y que no hay que seguir soportando esta forma de vivir, porque si bien es cierto cuando uno va a un lugar en donde se consigue buen precio o donde vende o atienden mejor si se hace cola, es verdad, pero habrá otra opción que se pueda buscar, no como en esa época en donde fueras tenías que hacer cola para obtener algo así fuese solo una cosa, en donde te sentirías como te sintieras tenías que aguantar y no dejar que te colearan o te dejaran por fuera, a la final esas colas nos demostraron como se puede sentir tu vida dependiendo de dar un tiempo para obtener algo de una forma en la que debas soportar sol o lluvia, malestar o tiempo perdido o no, algo que nunca se podrá olvidar.

Line after line—how many have we endured in this country? For food, for medicine, for assistance—for practically anything, one had to stand in a long queue, worse than at a bank, simply to obtain something that should be easily accessible and a right for everyone. Yet that wasn't the case; we had to endure it because, despite everything, we needed those things and there was no other way to get them—the need was simply too great. Even during the pandemic, the lines couldn't be avoided, as the economic situation hit harder than anyone wanted to bear; even when you didn't feel well, you had to do it just to hold on a little longer. Endurance was the only thing on our minds—hanging on to see a new tomorrow and to ensure there was something for the household.

In the end, moving forward is the only option—hoping that those issues gradually fade away, that things start flowing more smoothly, that the economy stabilizes, and that we no longer have to endure this way of life. While it is true that one might go to a specific place because the prices are good or the service is better—even if it means waiting in line—there ought to be other alternatives. It shouldn't be like those times when you had to queue just to get a single item, no matter how you felt; you had to tough it out and make sure no one cut in front of you or left you empty-handed. Ultimately, those lines showed us what life feels like when obtaining something requires enduring sun or rain, discomfort, and wasted time—an experience that can never be forgotten.
