DOCUMENTING APRIL LEO POWER UP DAY (LPUD) AND UPDATES ON INLEO (LEODEX AND RAFIKI).
Hello. How's it going over there?
My activities for April wouldn't be complete if I didn't publish this blog post. Real-life activities got in my way, but I tried to show up on Threads, especially for the Food Talk Show on Leo, so I wouldn't miss a day.
This post was meant to be published some days ago (I thought it would have been possible) as the LPUD was on the 15th, and every 15th of each month, the Lions in the INLEO community practice this activity by powering up some liquid LEO (the native token of INLEO).
I must say that LPUD comes with a level of excitement which every true Lion will agree with. 🦁
Yes, counting on, in order not to miss documenting my April's LPUD and for the benefit of newbies who may have no idea about it, here comes my fourth LPUD practice for 2025, and I think I will click the 12th month. Let's keep an eye.
LPUD is a community activity on INLEO, as earlier written. Some Lions power up daily, some power up anytime they find liquid LEO in their wallet like @monkmasters, others seize the opportunity to buy when the price of Leo drops like @jongolson and @selfhelpfortrolls and poweres up and others who choose to accumulate LEO tokens from creating content (Threads, Blogs and Shorts) and curating via INLEO and powering up on the 15th day of each month, like me by taking the "Lion Attack Approach".
You can also earn Leo tokens by referring friends with your referral link. You can get it from the referral section in your account.

Powering Up Some Leo
So, I powered up some Leo tokens on the 15th of this month and made a Thread. 👇

Using the INLEO frontend and not the Hive Keychain this time, here are the steps:
- From my profile page, I clicked on the Wallet option as you can see in the screenshot below. 👇
- Clicked on the upward arrow as seen. Before then, my Leo token was 234.67 LEO, and the value was $0.014, a good time to buy or swap for those who want to buy or swap to stake more. So, I clicked on the upward arrow to power up. 👇
- Powered up using the "Lion Attack approach (above 50 LEO)" by powering up 200 LEO tokens.
- The final step was to input my active key to complete the transaction. This was necessary because I didn't link my active key to my account when signing in, which was optional.

I refreshed the page to see my Leo Power (LP) at 3,202.24 LP and 34.67 LEO tokens left.
The time I took this screenshot while editing this blog post, I found out that the value of Leo had increased to $0.02, my LEO tokens increased to 139.23 LEO from creating and curating content via INLEO, and my LP increased to 3202.99 LP through the Leo bounties received daily for delegating a few HP to @leo.voter. 👇 That's how it builds.
I always look forward to powering up my Leo tokens, increasing my LP, which increases my vote value to support other Lions by upvoting their quality content, and building the community. This also increases my curation reward, my rank in the pride of Lions, staking reward, my voice where and when necessary and my commitment to the community. Leo is a promising token, and INLEO has a great and supportive community.
Updates On InLeo
There are new updates on INLEO, and more will be released.
LEODEX has been rebuilt! The LEODEX V3 Launch Party hosted by @khaleelkazi and co-hosted by @taskmaster4450le on 11th April, was a good show. You can get updated by watching it, click on that link 👆.
I will brush through it a bit.
For now, Hive swaps have been pulled back and will be added later. You can make your cross-chain swaps and connect up to 2 wallets. The screenshot above shows that my Keystore wallet is connected, and Trust wallet will be the second one I need to connect.
With the multi-wallet connection, swaps will be easily performed, and you can find your records in the portfolio.
So, I tried connecting my Trust wallet, and I was given the option to create a new Keystore wallet. Hey @khaleelkazi, am I to go ahead with this? I was thinking I would only have to input my passcode for the Trust wallet.
Some features are yet to go live, so watch out. Hopefully, I will do a tutorial while testing out swaps on LEODEX. So if you have some assets, you can explore LEODEX and make tutorials if you can with the #feedback tag and also tag Khal.
Have You Met Rafiki?
Well, Rafiki likes to have good conversations, and you need to be ready. Haha. You begin the conversation with #askleo, and then your question or whatever information you want to get, it will respond accordingly.
Depending on the conversation you get into, Rafiki will keep you engaged, and before you know it, you will have created the 15th or even 20th thread from discussing with Rafiki. It's fun, you learn in the process, add more data and also feed LEOAI.
You can end the conversation with Rafiki by letting it know that you need to end it, and it will do just that. Here is a thread that ended my conversation with Rafiki, and it finally responded.
You can find out from this thread how it all began. It was a conversation about healthy lunch ideas in the Food Talk Show Threadcast Day 303, which led to smoothies where I shared some of my combinations and experiences. So you can check it out.
