The main issue with Sportbet I would say is that since they are a No-KYC bookmaker that offers a sign-up bonus is that people try to take avantage making multiple accounts or using arbitrage ways to grind the bonus risk free. This kind of forces them to put their alert system of abuse really tight and likely some people who don't deserve it and took the bonus got flagged incorrectly. Since only the ones who get a not so good experience this way leave reviews, they don't have the best reviews online.
For myself though (along with many others), I never had an issue with them and as an investor they have been by far the best thing out there.
