Idea/Ideia: Stylized bee as Hive mascot | Abelha estilizada como mascote da Hive [EN/PT]

Today's art for the Challenge: Drawing (almost) every day on iPad is not actually a drawing but a sketch of something more graphic, more for design than illustration. This model follows others I've previously published in Idea: Delivery Food Place logo and Suggestion for Hive's rebranding.

Unlike the mentioned previous idea, where I imagined a new logo for the Hive blockchain, this time I thought of a mascot (shapes inspired by and for a stylized bee) to be used aside the actual logo. The mascot is still a draft that can be finalized in vector format, with more precise, technical lines, eliminating the hand-drawn look.

I'm still not clear on where and how the mascot could be used. If it were something old and traditional, it could become a printed poster, like the one I commented on and drawn here at Poster in Catalan: Tan si plou com si fa sol. But perhaps the better would be to apply it to digital materials such as infographics or images for posts here on Hive or other social networks.

A arte de hoje para o Desafio: Desenhando (quase) todo dia no iPad na verdade não é um desenho e sim um rascunho de algo mais gráfico, mais para design do que ilustração. Um modelo seguindo outros que já publiquei anteriormente em Ideia : Delivery Food Place logo e Sugestão para rebranding da Hive.

Diferente da ideia anterior onde imaginei um novo logo para a blockchain da Hive, desta vez pensei em um mascote (formas inspiradas em uma abelha estilizada) para ser usado mantendo o logo original. Ainda é um rascunho que pode ser finalizado em vetor, com linhas mais precisas, técnicas, eliminando o aspecto de algo feito a mão.

Ainda não tenho claro onde e como o mascote pode ser utilizado, se fosse algo antigo e tradicional, poderia virar um cartaz impresso, como aquele que comentei e desenhei aqui em Poster em catalão: Tan si plou com si fa sol. Mas talvez o ideal seja a aplicação em materiais digitais como infográficos ou imagens para posts aqui na Hive ou em outras redes sociais.
