Discover how I got 1,000+ views on a recent Hive Blog Post!

Hi HODLers, Hiveans and Lions,

I recently logged in to my Peakd account and realized I had a new Badge!

This badge showed that I had the most daily views on an article on the Peakd platform!

I checked the article in question and the data and noticed more than 1,000 users have read/clicked on it! I was flabbergasted and did not understand.

Then, digging a little bit, I realized that this article had been shared on Reddit in the /anticonsumption community and gathered quite a lot of likes!

This is due to the current initiative by @redditposh to reward users and writers of Blog Posts and push them to share these on Reddit.

I got 3.2k Karma Upvotes!

Link to the reddit post

This is clearly the way to bring new users to Hive and #inleo. We should continue to share these precious links.

The only thing I did not understand was, how do I get some of these precious $posh tokens and upvotes as I did not share the post to Reddit. @ocd and @acidyo might be able to help us with this.

Take care and Keep Sharing!

When an article is shared on reddit, the person who shares it receives 80% of the reward and the author receives 20% of the reward.
The more views a reddit post gets, the higher the reward. If a reddit post goes 'viral', as your hive article did, than we talk about decent rewards in terms of liquid Hive :D

Thank you forthis very clear explanation.

Rewards are sent in $HIVE directly to the author and the person sharing?
