Have you ever been in a situation where you had to go without your phone, laptop, or even TV for a long time? Maybe it was a power outage, a personal choice, or just bad luck. Share what it felt like and what you did to pass time. If you've never experienced it, imagine what it would be like and how you would cope.

Talking about whether I have ever been in a situation without a phone, laptop, or TV. First, I haven't watched TV for a long time because since I lived alone I don't have a TV. There is no urgency to have a TV and there are no interesting TV shows at the moment so I don't need a TV.

Let's move on to a kind of gadget like a phone or laptop. In the past, I have never traveled without a Phone or Laptop for a long time. I only leave my laptop when I go for a run, then I only leave my phone when I go out to buy something. So those two things are very important. However, I have moments when I am not connected to both of them. That is when you are on a plane and you can't use it without an internet connection. There are two things I do in that situation, which are sleeping and reading a book.

If the trip is very long I can sleep then wake up and read a book. I always include some books that I want to read during the trip. That also applies when I travel by other public transportation such as buses or trains. There are two situations that make me prefer reading a book to scrolling on my Phone. It's because I don't have internet quota or it's a dangerous situation to play mobile phone in public.

In other situations to overcome boredom with social media then I will read a book. So it can be concluded that I read books more often as a substitute for activities without mobile phones and laptops. Actually, I can't comfortably travel for a long time without a mobile phone, laptop, and books. All three are very important to me.

Sleeping and reading are really cool things to do to help balance your digital lifestyle. It’s sort of refreshing to know that you actually have other means to pass time when you can’t be on your phone.
