This was actually the first anime that made me fascinated with the concept of a strong and independent MC girl, no offense but most shoujo and josei, dominantly the old ones, always kinda portrayed the girls as primarily damsels in distress that mostly rely on the male lead, but this was a refreshing breathe. The female lead isn't exactly always successful, she knows her weakness and strengths which means the times she needed help were appropriate in a sense that she was an equal partner rather than the one always needing rescue and in turn a capable ally. She was the first Maomao for me, if anyone is familiar with the Apothecary Diaries.

Eso es cierto, justamente este anime rompe con los estereotipos de damas en peligro inútiles, otra joya de esta índole es Lady Oscar, te la recomiendo mucho. Muchas gracias por comentar ❤️
