Was für ein torreiches und verrücktes Spiel gestern in Miami, Florida. Manche geben dem heißen 17 Uhr-Wetter die Schuld, andere schoben es auf die Müdigkeit der ausgeschiedenen Mannschaften beim Spiel um den 3. Platz in der WM.
In der ersten Hälfte haben die Engländer nacheinander 4 Tore geschossen, die Franzosen waren eigentlich nicht wirklich präsent. Und in der zweiten Halbzeit hat sich der Spieß unerwartet gedreht und Frankreich konnte mit insgesamt 4 Toren fast aufholen, aber England gelang es dann noch ein Elfmeter zu nutzen und der eingewechselte Bellingham (Kane pausierte in diesem Spiel) schieß dann noch das 6:4 und sicherte England den 3. Platz in der WM.

What a high-scoring and crazy game yesterday in Miami, Florida. Some blame the sweltering 5 p.m. weather, while others attribute it to the fatigue of the eliminated teams in the World Cup third-place match.
In the first half, England scored four goals in a row, while the French weren’t really in the game. And in the second half, the tables unexpectedly turned, and France nearly caught up with a total of four goals, but England managed to convert a penalty kick, and substitute Bellingham (Kane sat out this game) scored the 6–4 goal, securing third place for England in the World Cup.

I thought this game reverted to the early years of the NASL style of soccer game that sold to the North American offense approach. But it was France still smarting from their defeat before waking up in the second half.
I was supporting Scotland, then my home country Canada, and from there it didn't matter who won as long as it was well played match between two deserving teams.
It was a great game. I think Argentina has the advantage
