The Memories
She wanted to say something
But she doesn't know why...
In trying to say 'something'
She used to miss out on a lot of things...
Every day she would sit to neatly decorate
The basket full of those memories
Which were filled with
Some colourful feelings of her past moments,
Some memories, some promises and a lot more...
She would sit to weave
Those moments
Which they both had lived to their fullest...
She knows that now
It has no meaning
Still she passes
Every day very close to those moments...
In the hope that maybe some
small green will come out again
But have even dry trees ever become green
Maybe the time limit of memories is also fixed
She knows this
Memories are nothing, they are just meaningless
Adornment of the mind
Do it whenever you want
Take it off whenever you want
But!
How can I say that I have no relation with her
By holding the string of intimacy and emotion unaware of its depth
I wanted to cross all distances
I knew that drowning is forbidden
That's why
I could neither drown nor save myself
Today in her wordless solitude
I want to stop those moments
I ask those waves that stir my heart
why I repeat her name again and again
Why does she pray with closed eyes
For her safety
What...?
Will she return to my life again
It has been accepted in my prayers
Like a request
She asks her own soul
again and again...every time...!
