My Tears...
I have seen,
Sometimes tears seep from the trunks of trees,
drops entangled in the roots of the banyan tree
just like an unfinished story lingering on my eyelids
Sometimes they fall as dew,
and sometimes they flow as a river
My tears, they come like rain
spontaneously,
sometimes someone touches me
like the first dewdrop on a leaf,
or someone places a sympathetic hand on my shoulder and suddenly
the sky of my mind fills with dark clouds
Sometimes in the tune of a song,
sometimes in the fireflies of a heartbeat,
sometimes in the river of a memory
these tears flow.
These tears are not a sign of my weakness,
but living proof
of the water source within me
where emotions grow like seeds
and one day
become strong trees capable of touching the sky
Sometimes,
a bird's song
lingers on the tip of my mind
injects moisture into the dry desert within me
Then the hidden meanings behind those songs
Flow forth in the form of my tears, sometimes quietly and sometimes swiftly
Sometimes a single word, like a gentle breeze, moves the curtain on a window
Behind the moving curtain,
the dust of my unspoken sorrows
hidden falls away like the blue sky,
washes its soul after a rainstorm
The tears are not just water,
they are the river within me,
in which flow memories, feelings and pure love
Sometimes bursting from a mountain of sorrow,
and sometimes overflowing from a waterfall of joy,
they flow because I am human,
because I am made of emotions.
The sun within me sometimes gets shrouded in clouds,
but when tears fall, those same clouds leave a rainbow
I have learned these tears are my strength.
They teach me that dew falling on a flower petal is not a weakness,
it is part of its beauty
Just as my tears are proof of the God within me
Just as the water stream of river
sometimes spontaneously bursts from the earth,
so too my tears make the river within me
musical
O my tears!
May you keep flowing;
Because it is because of you that
I become fertile from within, like soil.
It is because of you that I can hold the world's sorrows in my palms.
It is because of you that I
have learned the essence of life
Now I can laugh to my heart's content,
because I have learned to cry to my heart's content.
You are my strength, my reality.
To hold you back is to turn myself into stone,
to let you flow is to keep myself human
My tears let you flow
because truth never makes one weak.
Just as the flow of a river carves rocks,
so my tears soften my rock-hard courage
and keep me human...
Thank you so much for reading. Have a great day 😊🙏 @vikbuddy
