Hello #ShadowHunters community,
Once again I’m taking part in this shadows contest, this time in round #428.
Special thanks to @melinda010100 for hosting this wonderful shadows contest.

Some shadows only reveal themselves when everything stops.

Inside the room, my attention turned to a ceiling fan. It is such a common object that most of the time it goes unnoticed, quietly spinning above us as part of everyday life. But this time, I observed it differently.

When the fan was still, its blades projected clear shadows across the ceiling. The lines stretched outward in a balanced shape, almost like a dark flower opening above the room. Light and shadow transformed something ordinary into a simple geometric composition.

Then I photographed it again while it was spinning.

The shadows almost disappeared. The movement blurred the blades until they became nearly invisible, leaving behind only a faint sensation of motion. What moments before seemed solid and defined suddenly became uncertain and difficult to capture.

I found that contrast interesting. Stillness revealed form, while movement erased it.

Perhaps many things in life work the same way. Sometimes we can only truly see certain details when everything slows down for a moment.

Hola comunidad de #ShadowHunters,
Una vez más participo en este concurso de sombras, esta vez en la ronda #428.
Agradecimiento especial a @melinda010100 por organizar este maravilloso concurso de sombras.

Algunas sombras solo se revelan cuando todo se detiene.

Dentro de la habitación, mi atención se dirigió hacia un ventilador de techo. Es un objeto tan común que la mayor parte del tiempo pasa desapercibido, girando silenciosamente sobre nosotros como parte de la rutina diaria. Pero esta vez decidí observarlo de otra manera.

Cuando el ventilador estaba detenido, sus aspas proyectaban sombras claras sobre el techo. Las líneas se extendían formando una figura equilibrada, casi como una flor oscura abriéndose sobre la habitación. La luz y la sombra transformaban algo cotidiano en una composición geométrica sencilla.

Luego lo fotografié nuevamente mientras estaba girando.

Las sombras casi desaparecieron. El movimiento difuminó las aspas hasta volverlas casi invisibles, dejando apenas una sensación de movimiento. Lo que momentos antes parecía sólido y definido se volvió incierto y difícil de capturar.

Me resultó interesante ese contraste. La quietud revelaba la forma, mientras el movimiento la borraba.

Quizás muchas cosas en la vida funcionan de la misma manera. A veces solo podemos ver realmente ciertos detalles cuando todo se detiene por un instante.
