Greetings everyone, hope all of you are doing fine and wrapping up your work week. Conclave Arcana is ongoing now and will last for approximately another 2 weeks. Have you participated in the pre sale? How many packs have you bought? I am looking forward to the release of Conclave Arcana which will bring loads of new meta changes and should be exciting times to come. The latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended approximately a few hours ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I put up each of my lineup to face my opponent based on the rulesets.

Since the start of Rebellion introduction, I have now changed my Brawl Fray to Fray 4 for my guild which is the fray that uses only Chaos Legion, Riftwatchers and Rebellion Cards. This is very beneficial for me because now that I only play in modern for my daily ranked battles, competing brawl in this format will be just like playing a normal rank battle. By participating in this modern fray, I will be exposed to more rulesets to refine my playing in daily rank matches. I have gotten more cards from the last end of season, hopefully there are opportunities for me to use them. Let's get right on to the battles of the brawl.

Remarks
Selection:Back to Basics, Thorns and Holy Protection. This ruleset will at least not allow Gladius cards to grow and grow. So for this, the key will be to field as much big hitters and also reduce fielding of melee attacks in view of thorns. Opted for life splinter to load u a chunk of magic attackers to form a lineup.
Outcome:Win! The continuous barrage was too much for my opponent and my lineup just slowly chew away my opponent's cards one by one without getting much from thorns on the return. And the most amazing thing is that, this was done without using Quora.

Remarks
Selection:Up close and personal, lost legendaries and maneuvers. This is a matchup that I like to use more melee and on this I actually used Quix to improve my attacking speed so that I can strike before I am struck. It is very fun to play this manner as I can hide Trapp Falloway in 2nd position but still able to land good strikes. The remaining lineup made up of all kinds of melee attackers with sneak and hopefully we can win with this amount of loaded sneak attackers.
Outcome:Win! Wow, I was surprised to see Quora which by far not the friendliest enemy to face and the seal heal is a pain to deal with. While there is self heal, my damage output is faster and the self heal cannot heal fast enough and my lineup just push our way through to grab the win.

Remarks
Selection:Are you not entertaine and blood and sunder. Always love this ruleset because I can play 2 Gladius cards using a normal summoner and 3 for Gladius summoner. However the available mana is low so we have to ration a little. Favourite low mana card that is super value is Halfling Refugee with 2 attack and 6 health. I lineup up Isgald and also Alfredo on the leanest possible lineup to squeeze for 12 mana.
Outcome:Win! Though we are lean, we manage to go far as Isgald just bulldoze everything from the back and gather the victory for my lineup with ease as Isgald grows with each kill. A very nice win to wrap up the brawl for this week.

Guild Final Tally

I was assigned 5 matches for this brawl and won all 5 matches, gaining a clean sweep for this brawl. 2 fleeing opponent and an additional 3 wins due to unfilled frays from opponent guild. Feels great to once again achieving clean sweep. I certainly glad to have been able to get such a good result.

We've manage to sustain at rank 6. We need to really get more people in as we are struggling to get more wins. Even with only 10 losses this brawl, it has always been the number of wins that is lacking and causing us unable to take a higher spot. The filling up of frays alone will help chalk up the wins. We have really strong fighters already in the guild with good track record, all we need will be any new players to join us and grow together. Let gather our battle result, analyze them and see how we can do better next brawl. Go PIZZA 2!
