Greetings everyone, hope all of you are doing fine and taking a good rest across the Easter weekend. Conclave Arcana release is just around the corner and I am really looking forward to it to see if this will be able to bring in more players to the game and bring back the vibrancy that we used to have. The latest brawl which my guild PIZZA 2 participated in had ended approximately a few hours ago and it is time again to look at how our guild did for this brawl on all aspects such as a guild, individually how each of the brawl matches went for me and the thoughts and decisions made behind how I put up each of my lineup to face my opponent based on the rulesets.

Since the start of Rebellion introduction, I have now changed my Brawl Fray to Fray 4 for my guild which is the fray that uses only Chaos Legion, Riftwatchers and Rebellion Cards. This is very beneficial for me because now that I only play in modern for my daily ranked battles, competing brawl in this format will be just like playing a normal rank battle. By participating in this modern fray, I will be exposed to more rulesets to refine my playing in daily rank matches. I have gotten more cards from the last end of season, hopefully there are opportunities for me to use them. Let's get right on to the battles of the brawl.

Remarks
Selection:Going the distance, Four's a crowd and explosive weaponry. Somehow I do have good range cards that have close range mainly in fire splinter. As such, I line them up and let Tatiana Blayde lead the charge.
Outcome:Win! A very convincing win with my lineup overpowering what my opponent had fielded. I guess I won because I had a much better collection than my opponent in terms of what I am able to choose.

Remarks
Selection:Wands Out, Reverse Speed and Taking Sides. Magic lineup in brawl will always have to revolve around Quora no matter normal speed or not. I've learnt this a couple of times and regretted, hence today I had to use Quora no matter how.
Outcome:Win! Another overwhelming victory clocked because I had a much stronger lineup than my opponent and was able to win with ease as the whole lineup just send barrage of magic attacks over.

Remarks
Selection:Equalizer, Reverse Speed and Taking Sides. Limited splinter availability, so I picked life splinter and not only that, the mana availability is also low which is good for life splinter. I adopted some weapons training onto the Gladius card and hopefully this will help me pull through the battle.
Outcome:Win! Everything went as plan as I manage to nail down the victory with a consistent delivering lineup that chips off my opponent's cards bit by bit.

Remarks
Selection:Even Stevens, Healed out and Holy Protection. Not much to look out for because of the super limited mana available. I took a gamble and used my favourite Oshannus with a Torrent Fiend.
Outcome:Lose. Bad attempt where I enable my opponent's Orella Abadon to gain traction and grow sufficiently to give my Oshannus some serious damage while Molten Ash Golem helped to sustain it.

Remarks
Selection:High Five, Stampede and Weak Magic. I've decided to go with splinter to put up a sturdy team with Grum Flameblade leading the charge and various utility cards in their own form such as Tatiana Blaye, Ferox Defender and Tinderlock.
Outcome:Win! While the lineup can be a little similar, the plan with a progressive use of the utility cards was key and help overcome my opponent with ease.

Guild Final Tally

I was assigned 7 matches for this brawl and won 6 out of 7 of them. 1 fleeing opponent and an additional 0 wins due to unfilled frays from opponent guild. Bad move in the match that allowed opponent Gladius to grow. Kinda sad but no choice we had to move on and see how to better myself to gather the next clean sweep.

A little saving grace as we move back up 3 spots to rank 6. We need to really get more people in as we are struggling to get more wins. The filling up of frays alone will help chalk up the wins. We have a strong team, so we need more people in to bring us to greater heights. Let gather our battle result, analyze them and see how we can do better next brawl. Go PIZZA 2!
