The rewards of a post on Hive are the result of several factors:
Post content + past interaction + present interaction + past and present support for other authors + stake and propensity to stake + choice of the right community + luck that a curator reads the post + consistency in publishing.
If you are new to Hive, the first step is to interact. The payout of my first posts was 0.
