Steps by step process

step 1

i first started with the wood working, to shape the shell, i am using a hammer, breaking the cup coconut shell into to, i start with shaping the head , my vision being a jughead style shape,

i began breaking off the edges until i achieve a slightly oval jughead shape, here i have shaped the head and the dress area of the shell princess

Empecé a romper los bordes hasta conseguir una forma ligeramente ovalada, aquí he dado forma a la cabeza y a la zona del vestido de la princesa de la concha.

step 2

in this step i have began colouring the hair, using a black marker pen i draw on a hair, colouring with a black polish

step 3

in this step i am colouring the dress, we are going for a purple and i using a purple shade acrylic polish.

step 4

here we assembling the shell doll together using super glue, i am attaching the head to the dress, joining the two area with ta small neck waistline area which has been coloured black.

step 5

here we are adding tribal grass design at the back of the dress which extends over the head, using a glue i attach every string of grass to the shell. and den i draw on facial feature on the face with black pen marker to make it impressionable
