Ingredients for recipe

2 instant noodle packs
1 stalk spring onions
3 pumpkin leaf pieces
1 small fresh tomatoes
1 small fresh pepper
a pinch of salt
sprinkle of red grinded pepper
30ml of groundnut oil
1 teaspoon of soy sauce

una pizca de sal
una pizca de pimienta roja molida

Step By Step Process

step 1

i firstly start of with condemning the chicken sauce that comes with the noodle packs, i then add about 25cl of water to my pot.

En primer lugar, empiezo condenando la salsa de pollo que viene con los paquetes de fideos, luego añado unos 25 cl de agua a mi olla.

step 2

we have proceeded to start off the boiling process of the noodles, i boil the noodles only half done, because we are going to be carrying out a further cooking process, here i have sieved the noodles after about 5 minutes of boiling, using a sieving basket.

hemos procedido a iniciar el proceso de hervido de los fideos, hiervo los fideos sólo a medio hacer, porque vamos a llevar a cabo un proceso de cocción posterior, aquí he tamizado los fideos después de unos 5 minutos de ebullición, utilizando una cesta de tamizado.

Step 3

for our next, we are moving over cutting our veggies, using knife i chopping the spring onions, followed by the pumpkin leafs then my pepper and tomatoes.

para nuestro siguiente, nos estamos moviendo sobre el corte de nuestras verduras, utilizando el cuchillo i picar las cebolletas, seguido de las hojas de calabaza entonces mi pimiento y tomates.

Step 4

in this next step we are frying the veggies, i add my oil into a pan and then added a pinch of salt, i then throw my chopped veggies into the pan and allowed to fry for a few minutes and then added a spoonful soy sauce.

en este siguiente paso estamos friendo las verduras, añado mi aceite en una sartén y luego añadí una pizca de sal, a continuación, tirar mis verduras picadas en la sartén y se deja freír durante unos minutos y luego añadí una cucharada de salsa de soja.

in this step we add the par-boiled noodles into the sauce an then i mixed them throughly.
