The bakery of my dreams / LOH Contest No. 252

Welcome to another edition of questions, this time I am participating in week 252 of the community contest❤️this time I am going to choose the first question since it really caught my attention and specifically to do a business in which I have wanted to have and be part of that world since I was little, which is why now that I am older I am taking my first steps to achieve it, I hope you like my answer❤️‍🩹

Bienvenidos a otra edición de preguntas en esta oportunidad estoy participando en la semana 252 del concurso de la comunidad❤️esta vez sí voy a elegir la primera pregunta ya que me llamó mucho la atención y justamente hacer un negocio en el cual desde que estoy chiquita he querido tener y ser parte de ese mundo, por lo cual ya estando grande estoy dando mis primeros pasos para lograrlo espero les guste mi respuesta❤️‍🩹

Although I must admit that I am not very skilled in this art, I have been interested in setting up a pastry business, be it a bakery or a cafeteria, where the specialty is pure sweets of all kinds. I like it a lot since I love sweets in all their splendor and this type of business is quite profitable where I live and is easy to manage.

Aunque debo admitir que no soy muy diestra en este arte, me ha llamado la atención montar un negocio de repostería ya sea una panadería o una cafetería, donde la especialidad sean puros dulces de todo tipo, me gusta mucho ya que yo amo el dulce en todo su esplendor y este tipo de negocios son bastante rentables por donde yo vivo y algo fácil es de gerenciar

I've had several business options, but bakeries and cafes will always appeal to me and will be my number one choice, so to speak. Especially if it's a family business. I consider myself a family person, and these types of businesses are part of that realm. I'd like to run them in a somewhat medieval atmosphere, where people can sit and read, talk, relax, and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a slice of chocolate cake, which is my favorite among other sweets.

He tenido varias opciones de negocio pero la pastelería y las cafeterías siempre me llamarán la atención y serán mi fórmula número uno por así decirlo. Y más si es un negocio familiar, me considero una persona muy familiera y este tipo de negocios son de ese ámbito aparte que me gustaría realizarlo de un ambiente algo medieval, donde la gente pueda sentarse a leer, hablar, tener tranquilidad y tomarse un café muy sabroso junto con un pedazo de torta de chocolate que es mi favorita entre otra variedad de dulces.

I am currently starting to carry out that project with a sale of cold cakes that I have which are 100% handmade, I make them with great love but I sell them on order and I hope that at some point I will be given the opportunity to open my own business, a cafeteria and who knows, maybe a chain of cafes and pastry shops, apart from realizing that dream since I was little I have liked money not only for what it can buy and give a good life to my family and me, but because with the money I can help people and animals on the street is something that I have wanted to do and with pastry shops, bakeries, cafes, among others I can achieve it with the breads that are not sold save them, do harvests convert them into more meals or into companions of meals and distribute them to people who live on the street, I can also create associations dedicated to the sterilization, castration, vaccination and adoption of puppies and cats, since I have a black Angola cat that is my adoration is like my daughter and my life support ❤️

Actualmente estoy empezando a realizar ese proyecto con una venta de tortas frías que tengo las cuales son 100% artesanales las hago con mucho cariño pero las vendo por encargo y espero que en algún momento se me dé la oportunidad de abrir mi propio negocio, una cafetería y quién sabe capaz una cadena de cafeterías y pastelería ,muy aparte de realizar ese sueño desde que estoy pequeña me ha gustado el dinero no solamente por lo que se puede comprar y darle una buena vida a mi familia y a mí, sino porque con el dinero puedo ayudar a las personas y a los animalitos de la calle es algo que he querido realizar y con las pastelerías, panaderías , cafeterías , entre otras puedo lograrlo con los panes que no se vendan guardarlos, hacer vendimias convertirlos en más comidas o en acompañantes de comidas y repartirlas a las personas que viven en la calle, también puedo crear asociaciones dedicadas a la esterilización, castración, vacunación y adopción de perritos y gatos, ya que tengo una gata Angola de color negro que es mi adoración es como mi hija y mi soporte de vida ❤️

Beyond having money, it would also be contributing to society, at least here in Venezuela any type of business and company has to pay several taxes among those is the INCE tax, which is basically the contribution to the education and training of young people throughout the country, whether in an administrative or production job, among other things, so it would be a grain of sand that can change the life of a young person, who truly wants to move forward and improve their economic situation, I come from a humble family that started very low and I believe that helping people, living to serve is one of my main reasons for living, that is why most of my projects, no matter how big or small, are always focused on helping, whether it is five, six, seven cats and dogs or people. If I change one life, I am helping to improve society❤️

Más allá de tener dinero también sería aportar a la sociedad, por lo menos aquí en Venezuela cualquier tipo de negocios y empresas tiene que pagar varios impuestos entre esos está el impuesto ince, que es básicamente el aporte a la educación y capacitación de los jóvenes de todo el país ya sea en algún oficio administrativo o de producción entre otras cosas más entonces sería un granito de arena que puede cambiar la vida de un joven, que de verdad quiera echar para adelante y mejorar su situación económica , yo vengo de una familia humilde que empezó muy abajo y creo que ayudar a las personas, vivir para servir es uno de mis motivos principales de vida por eso la mayoría de mis proyectos por más grandes o pequeños que sea siempre están enfocados a la parte de ayudar ya sean cinco, seis, siete gatos y perritos o personas. Si cambio una vida estoy ayudando al mejoramiento de la sociedad❤️
