Yes, I think so too, and I'm looking forward to getting things back on track and moving forward again. Those have been our roles up until this point, and it's worked pretty well so far.

True, both of those are important too. We're both pretty good on the first one, though not so much on the second. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

I wonder how much you would agree that four (4) is the magic number when it comes to a (software) project team. ๐Ÿค” Those four would typically (but not necessarily) be comprised of programmer, designer/artist, documenter/communicator, and tester. ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜

Well, 4 does seem like a good number, not too big or small, and if each filled an important role, then perhaps it would even be ideal, though I will say that redundancy is a very good thing too, in case one of the four is not able to perform their duties. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

They say that if the "magic number" of team members (which is 4) get reduced, then each member is (much) more likely to get overloaded with tasks, while if the number is increased, then communication and portioning of tasks between the members become more complicated. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿค“

Of course, each team member should also understand what each other member is doing in the team. ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜

Oh the conundrum of creating a project management team! While it would hold true for a team of any number, having one place where team members check and communicate every day is even more important for teams beyond 5 members.

Understanding what the other members do is different from being able to do what the other members do, and there should be an equal portion of both I'd say. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

I think there's an obvious handicap when team members communicate using different platforms. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿคฏ

Being able to do what another team member is doing is !INDEED good, but should also be a backup, especially since every team member has his or her own tasks in the team for the project. ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜

Yes, indeed, I would very much agree with that!

Yes, of course, but the backup still needs to be proficient at the secondary task for him/her to be effective. ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ’š โœจ ๐Ÿค™

It really looks like you no longer want to "give it a second chance" by creating a new account there and trying to use that platform again. ๐Ÿคฏ

That's okay, as I see more new online (Web3) platforms claiming to be "sovereignty-driven" popping up! ๐Ÿง˜โ€๐Ÿ˜Ž
