Nope, each is quite different and unique in their own ways, although Blurt, which is a sister blockchain to Hive, and also originated from a fork from Steem in 2020 as well, is very similar indeed, though there are some notable differences as well.
Can we do Cross-post one post on all?
I share links to my Hive posts on Bastyon, and I mirror my Hive posts to Blurt (with the proper sources given at the bottom of the post), but since they are all so different, there's no one-click publish to all, or even any. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
