I'm sorry to hear about Cathy, my friend, and I do hope that she feels better post haste. One of the quickest ways that I've found to get the gastro-intestinal system, and the immune system, more than 80% of which is modulated via the digestive tract, is drinking kefir, which is basically like super yogurt. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
