I feel for you, my friend, and I hope that your health rebounds in full quickly. Eat lots of high-quality fermented foods, yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, and the like, as our gut bacteria are responisble for about 80% of our immuneological functioning.
