My 157th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: 9,800 HP Surpassed, 9,900 HP This Week, and Deeper into the Pools - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Sunday, June 1, 2025

Welcome to my 157th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update! I had some pretty good HP growth over the past week, passing 9,800 HP the day before yesterday, and it got another nice boost from the 54.27 HP that I powered up for the June HPUD yesterday, June HPUD - Hive Power Up Day - 54.27 HIVE Powered Up!, which will easily allow me to reach and surpass 9,900 HP at some point this week, with 10,000 HP closing in fast. Yes, my Hive Power could definitely be growing more quickly, but it's still moving along at a fairly good pace.

It's no secret that I've been giving a great deal of investment focus to diesel/liquidity pools, with me continuing to increase my liquidity in the pools where I already have assets, as well as slowly expanding into new pools, as I experiment, test, and analyze pool data. Some pools are truly excellent, some leave quite a bit to be desired, and many just keep inching along in their slow and steady asset growth. There are also several pools where I receive no benefit yet because my liquidity is still too low, though I'm adding more every day. Every pool is different, and I'm still getting to know the dynamics of each one, as I fine-tune the right assets for the right pools at any particular time, based on my available resources.

I've been tweaking and refining what I've come to call my 10 Pillars of Hive Active and Passive Income, with the below-mentioned components of my Hive Passive-Income Machine being the 5 Passive-Income Pillars, and at some point soon I think that I may be making it into an asset-leveraging and investment guide for Hive newcomers. It won't just be for newbies, however, as even many Hivers who have been around for a while seem only to be aware of some of these 10 Acive and Passive-Income Pillars, so I think that it will likely be very useful for just about everyone.

Over this past week I gained +103.379 Hive Power, +3.046 HBD in Savings, and +0.02 Reputation points, which means that I still have 5,127.75 HP, 108.593 HBD in Savings, and 0.62 Reputation points, to go to achieve my year-end goals. My HP rose so well because of my HPUD powerup yesterday, while my Reputation grew much more slowly this last week.

In terms of my HiveBuzz rankings, I jumped +7 places for HP, I rose +5 places for HBD in Savings, and I inched up +2 places for Reputation, so not bad, and not great. All positive numbers is a plus, however.

On the pool front, I've begun to slowly add liquidity to the SWAP.HIVE:BXT poll, which gives me passive income in BXT. Given that the ROI on BXT is quite long-term, given its price compared to the daily HIVE payouts, finding other ways to grow it, besides simply buying or swapping for it, is rather important. I'm still not past the payout threshold in that pool for the daily BXT rewards yet, but I am already receiving pool fees, so I'm getting there.

Tomorrow the last batch of 100+ SPS that I had staked in Splinterlands will fully unstake, and given that I haven't reached the threshold to receive pool fees yet in the DEC:SPS pool, I've decided to use all of it to further boost my position in that pool, after swapping half of it to DEC. That will hopefully get me past the pool-fee payout threshold for that very-high-liquidity pool. At least I am able to claim an increasing amount of SPS in Splinterlands for my liquidity in that pool, so I'll be able to keep it growing.
