Welcome to my 151st unday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update! While I only reached (and exceeded) one of my weekly goals, I had very solid growth in multiple areas. One interesting thing from last week is that I created an account on the Blurt blockchain (a sibling blockchain to Hive, that also originated as a hard fork from Steem in 2020), and I've been republishing my Hive posts there (since I don't have time to write original posts on multiple blockchains, and because it's well-received by the community), to very good effect. I mention this because in my short time there I discovered a way to leverage Hive assets to help me grow on Blurt, via adding liquidity to any of the SWAP.BLURT diesel/liquidity pools on Hive Engine. More about that shortly.

I've been mentioning that I've been wanting to redo these weekly updates a bit, one way being to add my goals for various layer-2 assets, and for stake in several excellent diesel/liquidity pool, and today is the first step in that direction. In relation to that, there's something that I forgot to mention in my upate last Sunday. I had chosen year-end goals for multiple layer-2 tokens, and with my INCOME divestment and reinvestment last week, I was actually able to reach two of these goals already. I'll go more into that in a moment.

Over the past week I gained +77.848 Hive Power, +3.769 HBD in Savings, and +0.03 Reputation points, which means that I exceeded my HP goal by +12.228 HP, but that I was under my goal for HBD in Savings by -0.629 HBD, and under my Reputation goal by -0.01 Reputation point, so yep, not my best week for goal, but growth was still excellent, especially in HP.

In terms of my HiveBuzz rankings, I rose +4 places for HP, I inched up +2 places for HBD in Savings, and I jumped +16 places for Reputation. Not bad, not great, and I'm grateful for my growth regardless. At least all the numbers are in the positive.

Last week I had the inspiration to create a Blurt account, to begin exploring that sibling blockchain, and my experiences were so overwhelmingly positive, and I was so incredibly well-received by the Blurt community, that I've been focusing more time there (Hive will always be my primary focus, however) to get to know the community, and how things work there. In this process, with the help of a cross-blockchain friend, @offgridlife, I discovered a very cool way to leverage my Hive assets to assist my growth on Blurt, via the SWAP.BLURT diesel/liquidity pools, of which there are 11. By registering with the service, and then adding at least 1,000 BLURT in liquidity to any of the SWAP.BLURT pools, one can receive daily payouts of BLURT, on Blurt. I'm starting with the SWAP.HIVE:SWAP.BLURT pool, and while I don't have sufficient liquidity in the pool to qualify for daily payouts yet, I will soon. Once I get this first pool past the payout threshold, I'll begin adding liquidity to some of the other BLURT pools. I love being able to create cross-blockchain synergy!

Although I haven't mentioned it yet in these posts (though I have in my daily blogs), I had chosen year-end goals for several layer-2 assets, 100,000 ALIVE, 100,000 BBH, 20,000 BBHO, 1,000 BXT, 200 DUO, and 1,000,000 SBT, and with my very recent INCOME divestment and reinvestment, I was actually able to reach two of these goals already, for DUO and SBT. I'm also adding ARMERO to my list of year-end goals, where I'll be shooting for 500 ARMERO. With this post, these layer-2 goals will be added to my 2025 Hive Goals at the bottom of these weekly updates.
