I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #952 - The Power of Hive's Decentralized Economy - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Thursday, March 6, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Have you ever stopped to consider how amazing it is that here on Hive we have an elegant financial system that we own, and that spans the world? Do you realize how powerful that is? It creates a level economic playing field for everyone, no matter where they are, and one that cannot be stopped or co-opted by rouge governements. From this perspective, Hive is a decentralized nation and economy in and of itself, that interconnects people across a multitude of countries, in true international commerce, collaboration, and friendship.

This incredible decentralized economy, which is based on mutual support and upliftment, gives Hivers everywhere the opportunity (if they recognize and take advantage of it) to rise above and surmount their local economic conditions in an unprecedented manner, being quite potentially life-changing. We are blessed to have something truly special and important here on Hive that benefits us all, and which allows us to assist and help fellow Hivers in need in a very quick, easy, and efficent way.

Within the diverse communities and projects on Hive we have shared international collaboration that is beautiful to see. As an example, The We Are Alive Tribe core leadership is made up of people from the UK (Ben), the Philippines (Rosyel), Belgium (Bjorn and Nathalie), and the US/Hawai'i (me!), with that sort of multi-national representation thankfully being very common on Hive.

Because I know well how benficial what I've been building and growing on Hive is and can be, both for me and everyone else, I have no intention of withdrawing anything from my wallet for a very long. I will reinvest and reallocate assets within Hive, but there will be no extraction off-chain, only further investments. When my assets and income reach a point where they begin growing faster than I can easily use them, only then would I consider withdrawing some for off-chain investments, purchases, and expenses, but never more quickly than they grow.

What will our decentralized Hive economy be in the near future? Well, with various significant developments, such as the establishment of the US Crypto Strategic Reserve (with other countries and US states likely to follow), the removal of crypto regulations and taxation, the return of gold/silver-backed national currencies, and the elimination of those that used governments and agencies to control and drain our assets and wealth, I'd say that Hive's economy is going to grow to unimaginable levels fairly soon, with huge amounts being invested into it. That's what I'll be doing, investing, investing, investing!

Yesterday, Thursday, after I finished up my Hive tasks around 1PM, I prepared for a session at 1:30PM, who arrived on time, ready to go. The session ended just a little before 5:30PM, and afterward I stopped by the Landing to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and I made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. I finished everything just before 11PM, and after some asset management, working to resolve a few issues on my laptop, and scanning my X feed, I went to bed around 12:45AM. I woke up about 7:30AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, doing more asset management, beginning on this post, the getting out of bed around 8AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing. As soon as that was done, I returned to the Flow House to write this post, and work on computer issues again. It's now just before 1:45PM, so an exceedingly good time to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a bit later in the afternoon, to first give my time to some photography for these posts, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
