I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I was really not looking forward to writing and collecting the data for my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress this morning, because it had to be accomplished on my phone, since our community internet is still non-functional after 4 days, and fighting with the Hive Keychain Android app to get what I needed to do done, is not at all an easeful or flowing process. I'm grateful for both my phone, and for the Hive Keychain app, but together they are sometimes a ridiculously frustrating combination.

For whatever reason, on my phone, the navigation bar at the bottom of the Hive Keychain Android app is extremely inconsistent in returning to view using the two-finger touch, and when I have to switch between many tabs in rapid succession, it make the process more than a little arduous. I really wish that the bar could be pinned to the bottom, so that it wouldn't disappear, or that there were a toggle to allow switching between a persistent and fixed behavior, and an adaptive visible-hidden one. I also really wish that the long-press to clear tabs could be disabled, because I've accidently cleared all mine many, many times already.

In attempting to collect all the token and price information for my Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update this morning, I had to switch between multiple browser tabs, and apps on my phone, which aside from the incredibly annoying habit of the Keychain app continuing to close more than half the times when I was trying to do so, which necessitated me having to repeatedly sign in, let the web page reload, and to find my previous position on it, over and over again, due to poor UX design, I also inadvertently cleared all the accounts in the Keychain app. That was close to the stupidest thing that I've ever seen, but it got worse, because the Keychain app couldn't scan the QR-code export of all the accounts from the Hive Keychain extension in my browser, and it had no way to upload an encrypted file with the information from the Keychain extension, so I had to manually re-add all 23 accounts that I manage.

Yeah, that sucked, and it also completely messed up the timing for putting together and writng my goals-and-progress update, which made to necessary to skip it for now, so that I could start writing this post, which has a hard time-limit of just before 2PM. So due to non-optimal software implementation, I'll have to find time tonight to write and publish my goals-and-progress post, before I can even get to my usual evening Hive tasks. Today has not been even remotely fun, I must say.

I may just have to finally dive into coding and software design, because honestly how so many people choose to implement their apps annoys and frustrates me more than I'd care to say, as to me it often seems inelegant, inefficient, illogical, and often very inconvenient. OK, that's my rant for today, and I apologize for any negativity. I just had to express how I was feeling. I'm praying that we're able to get and set up Starlink today. All fingers and toes crossed.

Yesterday, Sunday, I had a lot to do on Hive and Blurt, especially because it was the day that I allocated to doing my once-weekly thorough asset management for the We Are Alive Tribe, and in this jungle community, due to the fact that I had more requests for assistance from people here than usual for a Sunday. I didn't leave the Flow House until 4PM, because everything took so much time to accomplish using my phone, and between assisting two people, Alex and Elohi, with tech support, and making sure to take sufficient photos for my posts for today and tomorrow, what was left of the daylight went quickly. Just before sunset, I finally collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, and I retreated back to the Flow House to begin my evening Hive tasks. I got everything done by around 10:30PM, and after some asset management, and preparing this post and my goals-and-progress to write this morning, I went to bed by just after 11PM. I woke up around 7AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, returning to the Flow House to unsuccessfully attempt to write my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update, temporarily giving up in disgust, then beginning on this post. It's now just after 1PM, so it's a very good time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, and then on community/land work (hopefully setting up StarLink). I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until my late goals-and-progress update later this evening, and the next iteration of these posts tomorrow! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
