‎Hi Hivers,

‎It's another beautiful working week and I hope you're all doing well and having a great time with your family and loved ones.

‎My today's blog solemnly focus more about my sister journey to the motherhood and people like her as well.

A glimpse of the picture of the baby I took

‎When it come to motherhood, there are different experience along the lines because some people have it tough while achieve it in the expense of giving up and some do while still believing that life can truly turn around just like my sister.

‎My sister pregnancy looks like a miracle because she couldn't even believe it herself until after the second trimester of pregnancy. She is so full of happiness upon discover the this and all the family including have to rejoice with her.

‎It is not easy as a first child for her to went through the kind of thing she went through without thinking otherwise, because her other siblings including me are already in the motherhood journey apart from our last born while she never even married.

‎As my sister entered third trimester of pregnancy, my mum told her to move to Ilorin together with me from lagos because of her condition and her is husband is not around for a while now and so she accepted and moved to Ilorin since January 2026.

‎As a family, me and my wife use to discuss a lot with her especially regarding motherhood and labor room journey but my sister will say otherwise as if it's nothing.. She will start to mentioned some of her friends that she has witnessed the labor. I told that is different entirely because you have to experience the labor room journey at first hand because you can say all this.

‎As time goes, she started laboring at early morning around 6am on Friday. On getting to the hospital, we're told that the baby is still six centimeters away from cervix and needs to reach 10 centimeters before the opening of the cervix. We have to wait till 9am before she could the opening of her cervix. She has already performed different kind of drama before that time. And watching her going up and down, I can see the stress and pain she is going through.

‎After the opening of the cervix, what leaf is contractions. But she couldn't even to hold her breath and was unable to push the baby down. And that's where the midwife come to her aid and my sister later delivered a baby boy around 11pm.

‎She couldn't believe what happened to her but by now she have realized and understand what I meant by first hand experience when it comes to child delivery or labor room experience.

‎Upon hearing the delivery of my sister, family, friends and loved ones help rejoice because of how long it takes her to achieve that and I'm very happy for her as well.

Thanks for stopping by on my blog and have a wonderful day
