Decided to give this video a try about 10 days ago, with two spare potatoes I had
It's been 3 days since they sprouted, despite the August heat, so far looking good:
I think I will be doing one box every week starting from tomorrow. That way I will have an ongoing potato production all year round to cover our family needs !

For those without a garden space, that is actually a good idea, but probably my wife would say that isn't pretty enough lol
I have two dogs that love destroying my se3dlings and got tired of that. In the box they dont pay them attention ๐

I prefer to buy my potatoes already prepared; time is valuable.
That is an interesting experiment, and it sounds like a good use for cardboard boxes that you would throw away otherwise.
