A book gazebo is a fantastic idea though I can't imagine it getting too much use in the winter except for people swapping some books over XD (I'm assuming it's one of those those book swap ones?)

Yes, exactly that type of 'take a book, leave a book.' These little book boxes or library kiosks mostly thrive in spring and summer, but even in winter, you can find a few enthusiasts who run there with a new find. And when it's nicely done, it feels like a small beacon of culture in the midst of winter grayness.
