A Beautiful Golden Easter Egg From Canada!
This weekend is of course Easter in most Christian faiths. It's a huge holiday with a lot of festivities worldwide. As I no longer have small children at home I no longer really celebrate the holidays like I might have some years back. But I know many of you with children still in the home will be having some fun activities come tomorrow! Does anyone have any big plans for the holiday tomorrow?
I don't own many holiday related items made of gold or silver. I have always though it would be fun to own a Faberge Egg but they are way outside of my budget not being a rich man! But I did recently see an item to share because it was just a beautiful item. This gold beauty comes from Canada, check it out:

This coin is an absolute beauty produced by the Canadian government, dedicated to the traditions of Ukrainian customs of egg coloring and design for Easter. However, it doesn't come cheap, it has an asking price of $12,995 and is made of 1.88 Troy ounces of solid gold. Very expensive for the amount of gold it contains, but it sure is beautiful. There will only be 300 minted so it will be a collector's item, for those who have enough money to collect it. That list does not include me unfortunately.
I do wish they would replace the monarch on the coins, but that's just me. Then again I wish they would replace the old dead dudes on the US coinage...
It is a great way to collect some Easter gold though, if you aren't rich enough to buy a Faberge Egg. Another item I don't think I'll be acquiring in this lifetime!
Gold has taken some serious hits to it's prices since the start of the conflict in Iran. It seems many very rich gold holders have taken profits and moved them into oil looking for more money. The eternal wheel of money making for the super rich will never stop... Fundamentals for gold remain strong and should stay right around $4,600 to $5,000 in the short term. Long term it may expand much higher, but only time will tell!

I think gold and silver are a great place to invest and you can't go wrong with either! They have always been money since before recorded history and always will be.

In my country Easter is not celebrated with an egg, it is commonly going to church. And gold and silver will always be good options. Greetings

That is a unique item for sure. Definitely outside this guys budget too.
