Living a Life Worth Emulating.

In everything you do, always try to make sure that you make your life worthy of emulation by other people. In a real sense, I am not saying that everyone around you should always copy what you do or be like you, but there are some times when people look at us and they will say they love to be like this person. Definitely you have done some good things for them to be able to say that. These things are what will be speaking for us anywhere we may be, even if it is a bad thing we are doing.

While I was younger, my parents would sometimes crucify us as the elder child for the sins of our younger one for not standing up as an elder person. But back then it was very annoying, and you never knew what they were doing was for you to be able to stand as the leader even when your parents were not around. It got to some point in my life, and I was able to man up even when I was still younger, and I punish my younger ones when they do the wrong thing. This has now become what my parents wanted, and when they go on a vacation, they are always relaxed that they have another leader back home to take care of the other children.

Well, to me, this was a huge responsibility because I was never prepared for this type of thing, but I had to be prepared because if I was not, I would continue to be crucified, which I don't want to happen. Sometimes I become so harsh on my younger ones, especially when I am trying to prove a point and they are not listening, and sometimes I have to just go out with force, which is normal as a young person.

But now, at this stage, everything is quite different because we all know what is right from wrong, and what you have done right from time will differentiate you from what you have been before. Now, they can live their lives even without you, but you are still like a guide to them for them not to go wrong because the experience you have had about life is different from theirs. So now is the time to advise and try to put them on their right path. Well, it's not always easy, though, and that's why I respect those elder children out there that put in their best to ensure their younger ones are better today. What type of leader are you?
