Oh I never knew there was a weekly prompt for the Pub! You learn something new every day lol. Nice looking nachos, and you can't eat a good bit of pork, well you can but this is a family show so to speak!
Have a great weekend

I wondered how many comments I would get about sharing a pork dish on the first Friday of lent. I'm not Catholic though, so I don't worry too much about it. The prompts will come from @thepub so if you want to follow that account go ahead and do so!

Yeah I am a catholic but not a Roman Catholic. I just thought muslims don't eat pork so you might have had comments about that, being that is now Ramadan🤣 No idea about lent, but I do love Shrove Tuesday as we have pancake Tuesday. I just had bacon and scramble egg wraps for brunch. So yeah I guess I had a pork dish too today.

Yeah, I don't worry to much about that. They can move on if they don't want to look at it. If someone wants to be a snowflake I will deal with it at that time. I honestly think it says more about them than it does about me if they choose to make an issue of it. The wife and I haven't talked about dinner yet tonight, so I might still have fish, who knows!

haha now in Scotland, centuroes ago Queen Mary of Scots (a Roman Catholic when that was the only christian religion) decreed that fish should be eaten on a Friday. So protestants tend not to eat fish in Scotland on Friday. Effing religion 🤣

Haha too funny. I only tend to eat more fish this time of year because so many places do all you can eat fish fries. My buddy and I try to hit up as many as we can before they disappear until the next year.
