In today's world, old age is very close because we are becoming very lazy nowadays.Due to boredom we cause a lot of damage to our body.Most people do not want to get out of bed in the morning which is harmful to health.Remember that morning weather is good for our brain and health.Excessive laziness causes a person to age prematurely.If you want to stay fit then you must get out of laziness.

Nowadays we are becoming addicted to excessive medicine and have forgotten to take care of our bodies naturally which is very sad.But if we look at history, we will see that people did not use so many medicines back then.In the past, the biggest treatment for people was home remedies.But today we have forgotten home remedies.Did you know that physical exercise is one of the medicines for home remedies?Yes everyone should know this.

Since I was born in the eighties, I know a lot about the past.I know some home remedies from the past.Of course, when I have time I will share some home remedies with you.See physical exercise is one of the home remedies and you can also learn about it from doctors.Although we didn't go to the doctor that much in the past, in this era of adulterated food we have to go to the doctor sometimes.For example, I have blood pressure so for this I have to take medicine and sometimes seek doctor's advice.

Do you know that in the present times, due to laziness of people and lack of physical exercise the number of diabetic patients has increased a lot.Of course there is no alternative to physical exercise to stay free from diabetes.Due to laziness of people and some bad habits the number of diabetic patients has increased today.I walk every morning to stay free from diabetes in the future.By the grace of God, I am free from diabetes.It's very easy.

If you want to be free from diabetes in the future, walk with me every morning.This walk will not only keep you free from diabetes, it has many other benefits.There is no substitute for walking in the morning to improve your mood and boost your immunity.Also, those who are suffering from diabetes should try walking every morning because it is medicine for them.

Currently, one of my doctors recommends walking for at least 20 to 30 minutes to stay healthy so I'm giving you this advice.

But do you know that I don't just limit myself to walking.I try to do other things while walking.Just as you need to exercise to keep your body healthy, you also need to remove pollution from the environment to ensure the health of your future generations and your family.Our children play in this environment in the afternoon so it is our responsibility to remove all contaminated garbage from this environment.However as much as possible avoid throwing garbage into the environment.Provide specific dustbins.

So finally I suggest you to walk with me in the morning and keep your body healthy.Apart from keeping your body healthy, you should also pay attention to the environment.You can do daily tasks like me, like I walk every morning and try to clean the environment and nature while walking.I am very happy to be able to complete two tasks at once and I feel healthy.So get out this morning and walk with me from today.And of course, don't forget to protect the environment and nature while walking.Ensure a healthy life.
