With History, Nothing Will Ever Be New

Knowledge and Leaning comes from what others has hard before and this is why everything happening around us will never be new. This means that history which are past events will surely always comes back since there will be continuous reference from old happenings.

My father while alive usually tells us stories he had hard from his own father, who was our forefather of how the great men of their century loved ❤️ power more than their lives. These were the days when those who called themselves the kings of the land will want others to bow before them due to the power in the throne they are seating upon. This is one history that has continued to repeat itself

Power is one thing men loves so much, and once they have this power which can come through being crowned as a king, nominated for a position by persons or being elected into an office, they automatically change in behavior, acting differently from whom they use to be. This is the part of history we learned from our parents and since has never changed even to this present times.

I see knowledge as something so great. Knowledge that are coming from the past happenings which most times brings us reflections that is supposed to change and make things better, but instead things are getting even worst. If history told us of how men dream for power and can use this means to subdue fellow man, how is it then that at this present times we are all still suffering in the hands of those who are in power? Why should we nominate and elect those who can no more listen to us once the power is in their hands?

How many decades has passed since the generation of our forefathers when kings forcefully takes lands from the owners? How many decades has passed from our forefathers when people are judged wrongly and punished because they can’t help themselves and has no one by their side? All these are because man takes laws into their own hands due to how they are seating on power.

The problem with history and learning is that man instead of changing for better after reading past histories and every experience that is in it has chosen to ignore change and has continued to even do worst things then those in the past. History is supposed to make us choose the good experiences we learned and forego those that our forefathers did not do right just like the way innovation came to change many things in this 21st century. But its very unfortunate that most wrongs done by our forefathers still lingers on after decades.

Here in my country those in power are not caring on how to situate our country for the betterment of every citizen, but they are mostly concerned towards their own goals which has left the economy of the country in a bad state. The leaders have made the citizens to be in a state of survival of the fittest with so much inflation that has left so many frustrated

If only learning from history has made them to do the things that are right and not be power drunk, their focus will be on how to revive the economy and not just focusing on how to enrich themselves which is their priority. History will continue to repeat itself unless changes are made in most areas that needs change. And I don’t see our leaders and those who are power drunk giving up for betterment of the country.
