Today’s Recipe: Fluffy Snail Shaped Rolls Packed With Flavors.

Hope you all are resting and enjoying the day with you loved ones. Am also resting but weekends are always one special day to make treats from my kitchen.

Today am sharing with you a very simple recipe for a delicious snail shaped bread 🥯rolls. And not just one that is delicious 😋, but also a roll packed with flavors from lemon 🍋, lime and strawberry essence.

Bread baking is actually one thing I love ❤️ doing especially on a weekend because there is nothing more comforting than the smell of a bread baking in the oven. It spreads throughout the whole house and just makes one hungry 🤤.

I was inspired to bake this fluffy snail 🐌 shaped rolls after having some snack lunch with a friend during the week. In fact it was a croissant 🥐 that tasted so amazing with some flavors from cinnamon and ginger. But making this snail shaped rolls I decided to use lemon, lime and strawberry extract.

You can image how this rolls taste with its softness and appetizing look from caramel of sugar and veg oil mixed together to finely coat the top of the rolls. Showing that freshly baked warm bread 🥯.

Here I show you the step by step process.

INGREDIENTS:

200 g all purpose flour
200 g of fine wheat flour
11/2 teaspoon of dry yeast
2 tablespoons of premium sugar
1/2 of a fresh lemon
1/2 of fresh lime
1/2 teaspoon of strawberry
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of lukewarm water
25 g of non dairy veg milk
20 ml of vegetable oil

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

Will start the recipe by pouring the flours into a larger bowl here above.

Then will add the dry ingredients to it. Salt, yeast and sugar.

Then will stir together to incorporate.As here above.

Step 2.



Next will cut and add the non dairy milk and the strawberry extract . Stir them into the flour as above.

Step 3,

The lime and lemon 🍋 I will squeeze inn here and stir .

Step 4.



To form a dough, I will add the lukewarm water gradually here,

Using the tips of my finger to knead it here



And will add the vegetable oil here for a smooth fine knead as above

Step 5.

Once the dough is ready, will cut it into two equal parts, then into straights


And will pour some flour on the table to smooth roll and stretch the dough .

Step 6.


And here will gradually form the snail shape by rolling upward steps and curve .

They are all readily rolled here above.

Step 7.

Will bake for a total of 25 minutes at 200 Celsius, coating the top with some sugar snd veg oil mix for a caramel look.

Enjoying these kinds of snacks on weekends with family and loved ones is something I love ❤️ so much because it makes the kitchen smells so good with expectations for something delicious for the palate.

You can not miss this fluffy snail shape rolls with lots of flavors because its a delight on its own.
