Ginger Tea With Lime Recipe 🍵

Today I bring you a simple healthy tea of ginger with lime recipe. I love ginger tea especially for its health boost and the flavors it gives in our foods and drinks.

Fresh ginger tea 🍵 is not only tasty but also healthy, but in my todays recipe I prepared this tea with an already made ginger packet tea I bought from the supermarket. Its all pure ginger in granules without any artificial ingredients.

When I came across this product I decided immediately to give it a trial to know how good it tastes. The flavor and aroma it gives made me to love 💕 it more. And apart from the quality, this tea is quick to prepare when we are on the go, either by boiling or just adding it in a glass cup then add hot water to it.

However, I decided to make it today by boiling, adding some lime to it to infuse both properly for that ginger lime healthy recipe we need to cleanse once in a while or burn down some fat to staying fit. It taste so good especially without sugar.

Here are the simple steps for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:


2 teaspoon of granules ginger
2 small size lime11
11/2 glass of spring water

.# STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.


I will start by cutting open the ginger tea packet to measure out in teaspoons.

Step 2.

Then slice the lime in round shapes as above.

Step 3.

Next is to pour the water into the pot and set it to heat up.



And once it boils, I will add the ginger tea and the sliced lime as above.

Step 4.

Will cover to boil and infuse properly for a minute as here above.

And quickly will sieve it here.

Squeezed the boiled lime inside as well.

Step 5.

Its all ready for sipping while its still hot.


Ginger is one healthy organic root that is very essential to always have in our pantry because its a very versatile spice ingredients for foods and drinks. Apart from its health boost, it gives our recipes some tastes that keep us to continue asking for more of it.

This recipe we can prepare to keep healthy but can as well prepare it for colds and flus during rainy ☔️ days as we approach spring soonest .

This tea is really good and also a tea for cleansing the body and burning fat.This the one I drink when i got caught on the rain so i cannot have cold and cough.i was 65 kilos before and because of lemon -Ginger tea that i drink every morning and before bed i loss my weight.From 65 KILOS now my weight is 54 kilos..Everyone must this tea because this is very effective and effective.
