Fiber Grains Golden Cookies 🍪🌾

What a wonderful Wednesday to be with friends of vegan 🌱 lovers again and I know you are all good, enjoying what ever you do. Am also delighted 😁 to be with you all here again.

And in my today’s recipe, we are going to enjoy some healthy cookies 🍪 I made from rice 🍚grains and oats flakes to share with you, especially those of us who love ❤️ gluten free flour recipes and one with fiber and grains 🌾. And I actually used grains of boiled rice 🍚 here instead of rice flour.

These delicious low sugar oatmeal and rice grain cookies are a great way to give allergic kids 👧 and adults 👩🏻 a tasty gluten - free treat as they are tasty and healthy even though its always difficult to achieve sometimes

.We can start by making this recipe cookies 🍪 in small amounts ingredients and can always double the size when we are perfect 👍 in the process, just like I did by using small amount of each ingredients.

This recipe is very easy, simple and straightforward with these steps I show you here.

INGREDIENTS:


50 g of oats flakes
70 g of boiled white rice 🍚
20 g of vegetable milk
1/4 baking powder
1 tablespoon of premium sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon of strawberry extract

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

I will commence this recipe by first pouring the tender boiled rice in a bowl 🥣.

Then will gradually mash it into batter

Step 2.

Next I will add the oats flakes into the mashed rice , gently mix them together .

Step 3.

Here will add the dry ingredients. The baking powder, salt, sugar and the non dairy milk

As here above and incorporate

Step 4.

Here will add the strawberry extract and the vegetable oil. And properly incorporate them all into fine mix

Step 5.


Here will glaze the pan, then gradually mold the thick batter into balls

As here above


.And will flatten each ball with back of a spoon 🥄 here above.

Step 6.

Its all set for baking here.

And will bake for 40 minutes at 200 Celsius,
Obtaining a golden crispy gluten free cookies 🍪 that is so delicious and delightful.

The combination of oats flakes and rice grain into a cookie is one healthy recipe, and even brown rice flour has more fiber and more nutrients. So its your choice to choose between white and brown rice grain or flour 🌾.

This cookies 🍪 taste superb. Rice grains or flour can be used in recipes just the way all purpose flour is being used, only if we can carefully mix it to texture and tastes since the biggest downfall with rice flour is that it does not bind well if we are not careful with consistency.

This looks really nice. I like that you used rice and oats instead of normal flour. The steps are easy to understand, and you explained everything well. I would love to try baking these cookies one day. Thank you for sharing.
